The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has issued a notice canceling its entrance exams 2021 schedule from June 20 to July 11 in view of the safety of the students amid the sudden surge of Covid-19 cases across the state.

The Entrance exam 2021 was scheduled to commence from June 20 to July 11. The University issued an official notification stating the cancellation of entrance exams for the academic session 2021-22. As per the official notification, it says, “In view of resurgence of COVID0-19 pandemic, the admission test schedule for the session 2021-22 stands withdrawn,”

All the students who were set to appear for the AMU entrance exams 2021 must note that the university will upload the new schedule for the exams on its official website, amucontrollerexams.com.

Apart from the deferral of the exams, the university (AMU) has also issued a notification asking the students to vacate the hostels and return to their homes due to reducing human contact amid the sudden surge of Covid-19 cases in the area.
