This  is the movement of sorrow and happiness both as Ganesh Utsav as come to end while we are ready to welcome the Lord Ganesh for the earlier. We are all ready for Anant Chaturdashi is the fourteenth day of the Bhadrapada month that the ten-day-long festivities come to an end, and that day is called Chaturdashi (Chatur means four and Dashi means ten). When Ganeshotsav (festival of Lord Ganesh) comes to an end, it marks the day of worshipping Lord Vishnu.
On the Auspicous Occasion of Ganesh Chaturdashi , we perform aarti by lighting a diya and incense sticks. After that, devotees offer flowers, modak, haldi-kumkum, roli, paan, etc. to the Ganesh idol and then carry it for visarjan. Bappa with an invitation to return to their homes again next year. Ganesh Chaturthi, in 2022, was on August 31 and will end on Friday.  The Prasad is very important for Anant Chaturthi as Lord Ganesha loves food as per Mythological Books. Ingredients
1. Milk 10 cups
2. Alum (fitkari)
3. Alum 1/8 teaspoon
4. Sugar 150 grams
5. Ghee 2 tablespoons
 Step By Step Process
First step, The milk to a boil in a large thick-bottomed non-stick kadai on high heat. 
Add the alum and sugar, and continue to cook, stirring continuously, for about one and a half hours, or till the milk becomes grainy and begins to thicken.
Add the ghee and liquid glucose; mix well and continue to cook till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the kadai.
Transfer the mixture to a seven-and-a-half-inch round and two-and-a--half-inch deep greased dish and cover it. Set aside for four to five hours.
This time it will continue to cook and the middle layer will become light brown.
Take  the milk cake out onto a serving dish, cut into squares and serve.
