Patna: After allegations of crime and character of leaders in Bihar, now BJP and Janata Dal are face to face on the issue of the population and fertility rate of the United State. Janata Dal United's state chief spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has attacked BJP state president Sanjay Jaiswal. He has accused the BJP leader of trying to disturb the atmosphere. 

In a discussion with the journalists with spokesperson Arvind Nishad, Neeraj Kumar questioned how much more trouble will the BJP state president cause. Sanjay Jaiswal is making new false statements to prove his one wrong statement right. When his misrepresentation on population growth rate has been exposed, he has once again tried to spoil the atmosphere by referring to the birth rate. Neeraj Kumar claimed that this statement of Sanjay Jaiswal is also different from facts and misleading.

Spokespersons said that Sanjay Jaiswal has said that Kishanganj and Araria have the highest birth rate in the world. But this is not true. They want to mislead people by presenting fake figures. Spokespersons said that the BJP took a continuous U-turn on caste-based census and population control law. Spokespersons have released a report related to this.
