Amravati: Last Thursday, the Andhra Pradesh government has filed affidavit in the High Court. At the same time, the important issue in the government affidavit remains the decision of the capitals. The Center has said this in its affidavit. It has also been told that the state government has the right to construct various developmental activities, projects along with the capital.
Along with this, the petitioner's objection to the transfer of capital with decentralization of administration, CRDA cancellation law is not pending. Indeed, till the grant of special status to Andhra Pradesh, it has also been said to consider the partition process incomplete. At the same time, special status is being said in every meeting at this time. Yes, many issues have come to light between the Center and the state on the issue of special status. The Center has submitted its proposal to the High Court.
It has also been said in this proposal that the state has the right to decide where the capital should be. With this, the Center has no role in this decision. The Union Home Ministry said in its affidavit, the decision of the capital comes under the jurisdiction of the state.
