Anantapur: Twins have once again been born to a couple who lost their twin daughters in a boat accident in Andhra Pradesh two years ago. The twins were born to T Appala Raju and Bhagyalakshmi on the same day that two of the daughters died in a boat accident a day before.

Raju and Bhagyalakshmi, residents of Visakhapatnam city in Andhra Pradesh, who lost their two daughters in a boat accident in godavari river two years ago on September 15, 2019, had a very miserable life, but the birth of twins once again is like a blessing from God. Bhagyalakshmi smiled at the birth of the twins and said, 'We are very happy and blessed. All this is god's grace.''

The accident took place two years ago when Raju's mother was on her way to lord Ram's temple at Bhadrachalam in Telangana by boat with her two granddaughters. Bhagyalakshmi and her husband, who work in glass manufacturing company, contacted a fertility centre in the city last year for the children, but their attempts were unsuccessful due to corona. But this year fate supported them and their twins were born on 15th September, 2021 through IVF process.
