Recently, Angelina Jolie was seen arriving at the Pakistani airport as a U.N. humanitarian team took out for the flood-stricken nation to provide assistance and support to those in need. Jolie was seen on a video arriving at an airport in Karachi, where floods since mid-June are believed to have killed close to 692 people and left many others homeless.

The Eternals star, who has served as the Special Envoy to the United Nations for Refugees since 2011, may be seen meeting the victims in pictures and videos that have been circulating on social media. According to reports, the actress also travelled to Dadu, one of the worst-affected districts where waterborne illnesses have claimed close to 300 lives since July. Fans have been praising the actress for her charitable work.

The actress has travelled to Pakistan on previous occasions to offer assistance in the wake of natural disasters. She has previously visited the country twice, once in 2005 during a devastating earthquake and once in 2010 during a time of flooding. Jolie is in Pakistan, according to the IRC, a well-known international assistance organisation, to support and assist communities who have been impacted by the disastrous floods.
