Selena Gomez has opened up her heart's private journal to Selenators! A documentary on Selena Gomez's personal life, titled Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me, was scheduled to be released soon, the 30-year-old singer-actress-entrepreneur disclosed a few weeks ago. Sel has at long last released the eagerly anticipated documentary's trailer, giving us an emotionally charged and intimate look inside the multihyphenate's "highs, lows, and all in between."

Selena Gomez portrays genuine emotional moments in the Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me trailer, including times when she sobs and is equally joyful and sad. The only background music is the star of Only Murders in the Building inhaling deeply as the slate notes, "Every breath, a breakthrough." Selena's time with her family is depicted, along with a behind-the-scenes look at her gruelling job.

The document's previous press release revealed: "After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light."
