Recently, a case of crime has come to light from Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. According to reports, a 21-year-old woman has now approached the police station. In this case, the woman said that her one-year-old girl's late-night crying disrupted her husband's sleep and that is why Shauhar had thrown her out of the house by giving triple talaq. Police officials said last Wednesday that Uzma Ansari, 21, who lives at her motherhouse in Sendhwa town of Badwani district, has complained against her Indore resident husband Akbar and his in-laws. Uzma and Akbar, 25, were married two years ago.
In a complaint filed at the police station in Sendhwa, the married woman said, "My daughter was not fit on the 4th of August. She got up at night and started crying. So my husband told me to kill the baby girl. Hearing the arguments of both of us, my father-in-law and brother-in-law had come to our room. Then they beat me up and threw my daughter down from the bed," the woman's complaint said, "My husband divorced three times in the presence of all these in-laws and called my mother to take me away. And me and my baby girl were kicked out of the house,"
Barwani Superintendent of Police, Dr. Teniwar said, "All the developments related to the woman's allegations are in Indore. So we have sent her complaint to Indore police for investigation," Sunil Gupta, in-charge of Raoji Bazar police station in Indore, said, "The woman's complaint has not yet reached us. But we will contact him and start investigating the matter," he said.
