In the latest episode, Mahima questions Akshara why did she go to meet Dr. Kunal without telling anyone. She said that she didn’t want to bring false hopes and didn’t want to tell anything until it was a yes. Kairav tells her that she could’ve told him at least. She says that she went to pray in the dargah as well, but she was waiting for a chance to meet Dr. Kunal but failed to meet him. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that it’s fine as he has accepted his destiny. Akshara gets a call and she picks up and then she starts weeping. Everyone gets tensed and asks her what happened. She tells them that it was Dr. Kunal’s call and he is ready to meet Abhimanyu. 

Aarohi gets surprised and asks how’s that possible. Akshara tells them that she had left her phone number with his sister so he must’ve contacted through the sister. Abhimanyu asks if she’s sure about it and she says yes and they both hug. Everyone gets joyful. Manjiri asks Anand to tell Harsh about this. Harsh gets to know and gets excited and hopes Dr. Kunal says yes to the surgery. Anisha comes as a shock and Akshara hugs her. Anisha apologizes to Kairav for not often returning his calls. Kairav replies he understands. 

Anisha says she has an announcement to make but she isn’t stern of the responses she will get. She goes down on her knees and proposes Kairav for marriage. Everyone gets surprised. Dadi asks Anisha if she’s playing with Kairav’s emotions as she didn’t even replied to his calls and messages. Manish asks Anisha to answer. Anisha asks Kairav to reply something. Abhimanyu asks her not to pressurize him as he needs time. Anisha tells she loves him a lot and that’s why she got back. Abhimanyu and Akshara tell that they both need time and let them have a chat.
