Mumbai: There revelations in the interrogation of 10 ISIS suspects caught by the Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) is quite shocking. Earlier, they had told them that they had planned to flee to Syria by adding poison to the Mahaprasad of the Mumbeshwar temple in Maharashtra. But now there is another big reveal from them. According to them, they not only wanted to add poison to the Mahaprasad, but his plot was to poison the lakes in Mumbai city that supply drinking water to homes.
According to the chargesheet filed by the ATS, an accused named pro-ISIS Talha Potrick conspired to poison Mahaprasad in the Mumbra area to carry out the major carnage. Since it was extremely difficult to get poison from the market. Talha was looking for someone who had good knowledge of the chemical. His search was completed and he made A9 Kital alias Jamman Nawab Khuteupad, a 32-year-old from Mumbra, the most important member of his team.
Being a pharmacist by profession, it was very easy for Abu Kital to acquire hazardous chemicals from the local market. The interrogation revealed that not only Mahaprasad, his plot included a plan to dissolve poison in lakes that supply water to Mumbai to harm as many people as possible.
