He wrote on social media, "The rumors don't bother people so I and Sikandar want to tell everyone that Kirron has been found to be suffering from multiple myeloma, which is a type of blood cancer. She is currently undergoing her treatment and we know that she will come out stronger than before.? He further wrote, ?We ??are happy that she is being looked after by a team of good doctors. She has always been a fighter and has always faced tough things. She gives love to everyone, that's why she has so many fans. So keep giving your love to her, pray for her, and keep her in your mind forever.''
Concluding his talk at the end, Anupam wrote, "She is on his way to recover and we want to thank all those who supported her and gave him love. Anupam and Sikandar.'' In a special conference on Wednesday, BJP President Arun Sood talked about the long absence of Kirron Kher. He had told, that she is suffering from cancer.
