You might be wondering the matter that why Employee is asked to stand work. Actually, Apple has taken this step keeping in mind the health of its employees. Apple CEO Tim Cook said, "We have provided 100% of our work to the working desk, and if you stand and sit on every day, it will be very good for your health."

Clearly, the staging desk will have a good effect on the health of the worker. They will be able to save themselves from diseases which people get due to sitting continuously. Among these, heart related diseases are the most common. Calories burn due to standing and also the waist gets relief.

Tim Cook also mentioned about how people have to deal with health problems due to their constant sitting. He said that according to doctors, continuously sitting is a new cancer. Apple's new watch also often gives the user a reminder to burn their calories.

Since then Apple's team has shifted to the best office of Cupertino's new headquarters. Since then, many excellent facilities have been provided to the Employee. With shuttle bus service, there are more trees in the office, more greenery, fruit trees and more trees on the way out of the office. This office has been designed keeping in mind the requirements of the Employee.
