The first song from filmmaker Nelson's much-anticipated action movie 'Beast,' starring actor Vijay, is titled 'Arabic Kuthu,' and will be released on February 14th, Valentine's Day. A trailer for the track was published by the film's producers on Monday. In less than half an hour after its publication on YouTube, the advertising video had racked up over 7.5 lakh views.

Director Nelson and music director Anirudh have an outrageously hilarious conversation about the song in the promo video.  Anirudh explains that he's wanted to create an Arabic song for a long time, but that no director wants one in their picture, so he's chosen to score one for Nelson's.

Nelson, taken aback, declares that all he wants is a 'Kuthu' number. Anirudh persuades Nelson to combine Arabic and Kuthu by promising to create an Arabic Kuthu tune. The good times don't stop there. Anirudh then insists that Nelson find him an Arabic-speaking lyricist. Nelson, never one to be perplexed by a request, rushes out and calls a close friend, actor Sivakarthikeyan.

Sivakarthikeyan soon joins in the fun, and the marketing video ultimately includes a small clip of the foot-tapping song.  Sivakarthikeyan will write the lyrics for the song, which will be composed by Anirudh.
