Diego Schwartzman's sensational victory over world number four Stefanos Sitsipas has helped Argentina beat Greece 3-0 in the ATP Cup tennis tournament. With this win, the Argentine team has reached the close to make it to the knockout stage. Argentina are now scheduled to play Poland in their final Group D match on Wednesday and the winning team will get a semi-final ticket.

World number 13 Diego defeated Sitsipas 6-7, 6-3, 6-3 in a two-hour 42-minute bout. Diego's victory over Sitsipas is the second time in 3 matches. This is the third time in diego's career that he has won the top 5. Earlier, Faderico Delbonis defeated Greece's M Parvolerkis 7-6, 6-1 to give Argentina a winning start.

Spain and Poland also won: Spain defeated Norway 3-0 and Poland defeated Georgia by the same margin. Spain's Roberto Batista Agut defeated Casper Rud 6-4, 7-6 to give Spain an unbeaten 2-0 lead over Norway. Earlier, Pablo Carreno Busta defeated Victor Durasovich 6-3, 6-3. Pedro Martinez and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina won the doubles match to give Spain a 3-0 one-sided victory. Kamil McCrack defeated Alexander Bakshi 6-1, 6-1 to give Poland an early lead over Georgia. Heubert Harkaz defeated Alexandra Metrewelli 6-7, 6-3, 6-1 in the second singles to ensure her team's victory before the doubles match.  After which the team also won the doubles match.
