Arjun Kapoor, who had recently bought a 4BHK flat closer to Mallika Arora's house, has reportedly sold his apartment. Arjun had bought the property last year in the 81 Aureate building in Bandra West. The flat was near his Lady love Mallika’s house but as the news of selling this house spread, fans are asking if everything is ok between the couple. Malaika Arora also owns a flat in the same building. She had earlier moved the real estate regulator MahaRERA against the developers for failing to hand over possession of the apartment that she had booked for ₹14.5 crore. 

 As per the reports the sale document was registered on May 19, as per the documents y Arjun's sister Anshula Kapoor signed the sale documents. The report also states that the stamp duty paid for the registration of the apartment was Rs 96 lakh. While the actor owned the property, this was not his permanent address. He lives on the seventh floor of Raheja Orchid at the JVPD scheme in Juhu.

On the professional front, Arjun Kapoor is currently gearing up for the release of Ek Villian Returns along with Disha Patani, Tara Sutaria, and John Abraham. Besides this, he also has dark comedy Kuttey along side Tabu, Radhika Madan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Naseeruddin Shah, Kumud Mishra and Shardul Bhardwaj. He will also star in Lady Killer co-starring Bhumi Pednekar.
