Armed Forces Flag Day today, CM Yogi and CM Shivraj Singh congratulated

As you know, flag day is aimed at showing true reverence and respect for the country's army by the people of India. A day of solidarity with soldiers who were martyred while fighting for the country. By staying in the army who not only protected the borders, Instead, they laid down their lives in bringing peace by fighting terrorists and extremists. They stayed away from their family and united day and night to protect the country, not Diwali or Holi, just went ahead as their utmost duty to protect the country and attained heroic momentum. The families of the soldiers or the casualties are spent on the welfare and rehabilitation of the soldiers. This amount is spent through the Sainik Welfare Board. Every citizen of the country should contribute to the Flag Day Dictionary so that the flag of our country touches the heights of the sky.

The Government of India decided to celebrate Armed Forces Flag Day in 1949. Armed Forces Flag Day is celebrated for the welfare of the dependents of soldiers martyred in the security of the country. On this day, the proceeds from the purchase of flags are spent on the welfare of the dependents of the martyred soldiers. The money collected by Armed Forces Flag Day is spent on the welfare of war heroes, widows of soldiers, ex-servicemen, soldiers disabled in the war and their families. The journey, which began on December 7, 1949, continues to this day. Soon after independence, the government began to feel that the needs of the families of the soldiers also needed to be taken care of and therefore it decided to celebrate December 7 as Flag Day.

When we sleep in our homes, celebrate festivals, these young men who are in defence of the country are on their duty, facing cold, heat, rain. With all of us, our institution salutes the jawans of the country.

On this day, Shivraj Singh Chouhan shared a post on KOO and wrote: "Salutations to the soldiers and their families who sacrificed their lives and made the pride and dignity of the country intact on #ArmedForcesFlagDay!

Not only that, UP CM Yogi shared a post on the occasion and said, "Heartiest greetings to all of you on 'Sashastra Sena Jhanda Diwas'. The sacrifice, dedication and hard work of the brave men of the Armed Forces is a great inspiration for all of us. Let us express our gratitude to the sons of Maa Bharati and their families and discharge their responsibilities. Jai Hind!
