Corona is wreaking havoc in Northeastern states. However, in a big relief, the recovery rate is also improving. Arunachal Pradesh’s Covid19 recovery rate has crossed 99%. The deadly disease has claimed the lives of 56 people in Arunachal Pradesh and the state’s death rate is 0.33%.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu shared the data on the state’s Covid19 status. Khandu on Saturday said the active corona cases in the state continue to decline. He said the active Covid19 cases in Arunachal Pradesh has come down to below 100. CM also has thanked the health workers for making efforts to fight the pandemic.

Khandu took to Twitter and wrote, “As the New Year rolls, we have good news. The active #COVID19 cases in #Arunachal continues to decline. It has come down to below 100 with an impressive recovery rate of more than 99%. Thanks to a continued sustained effort to fight the pandemic by our health workers,” Khandu tweeted on Saturday.
