New Delhi: In view of the increasing air pollution in the national capital Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi is once again preparing to implement the Odd-Even scheme. The second phase of the Odd-Even Scheme in Delhi will continue from November 4 to November 15. The time of Odd-Even will be from 8 am to 8 pm.
Meanwhile, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has told in the press conference today that this time CNG vehicles will not get concession during Aud Even in Delhi. He has said that during this time the rules breakers will have to pay a fine of Rs 4 thousand. There will be a concession in Odd-Even if there are school children in the car. Along with this, women and disabled people will also get an exemption from this rule.
CM Kejriwal further said that vehicles coming from outside Delhi during this period will not get the concession. Odd-Even will not be applicable on Sunday. He said that this scheme will not be effective on 2 wheelers. With this, the Odd-Even Scheme will not be applicable on the vehicles of the President, Vice President, Chief Justice of India, Prime Minister and Ministers of the Central Government. Along with this, vehicles of opposition leaders, election commissioner, CAG and Delhi High Court judges will also get concession in it. However, Kejriwal said that this rule will continue to apply to the CMs and ministers of Delhi.
