New Delhi: The Delhi government has announced that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will attend a meeting on Friday to review the development of the 'Rozgar Budget.'

As per the Delhi government, this year's budget intends to create 20 lakh new jobs.

The concerned authorities have been summoned today to a meeting with a report.

On March 29, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated that the Delhi budget is the country's first 'Rozgaar Budget,' with employment as its major priority. He said, "Employment used to be a topic that was only mentioned during election campaigns, and then it was forgotten about. For the first time since independence, a budget has been prepared that prioritises employment."

Rs 10 crore has been set aside in the Delhi Budget for 2022-23 for the rehabilitation of youngsters living on the road and traffic signals. The National Convenor of AAP, after the budget session on March 29, stated that the party's ideology is based on three pillars: "love for the country," "honesty," and "humanity."

Sisodia, the Delhi Finance Minister, has already presented a budget of Rs 75,800 crore for the fiscal year 2022-23. Last year, he provided a budget of Rs 69,000 crore.
