Amritsar: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National President Arvind Kejriwal will begin his two-day visit to Punjab today, where assembly elections are proposed next year. Kejriwal will launch 'Mission Punjab' from Moga on the first day of his visit to Punjab. Under this, he will visit several places in Punjab in the next one month and announce the steps to be taken by the AAP for the people.

AAP's Punjab unit president Bhagwant Mann said Kejriwal may make big announcements for Punjabis during the event in Moga on Monday. Mann said in his statement, "The Aam Aadmi Party has launched the campaign from cities to villages before the elections and is also preparing a detailed blueprint for the state by holding separate meetings. It will be included in the party's election manifesto later.''

The AAP said in a statement on Sunday that Kejriwal will make big announcements for women as well. AAP President Arvind Kejriwal will attend a party meeting in Ludhiana after his Moga programme. On Tuesday he will attend another party event and also address a press conference in Amritsar.
