Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court in the drug case. Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB on October 2 from a cruise from Mumbai to Goa. In this case, one after the other, many controversies continued to be registered. 20 persons including Aryan were arrested by the NCB. Even NCB officer Sameer Wankhede could not save himself from controversies. Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the High Court even after lakhs of attempts by the NCB. But the way out of jail is not easy for Aryan. Some rules have to be followed to bring him out. Only if these rules are followed on time will Aryan be able to come out of jail today.

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan as well as some conditions. As per these conditions, Aryan will not contact any other criminal. In addition, the Special Court will not try to influence the proceedings and Aryan Khan will have to submit his passport to the Special Court. Even in the media, no one will make a statement.

The same Aryan Khan's bail is first to be submitted to the Special NDPS Court for a copy of the bail order received from the Bombay High Court. Accepting a detailed order copy depends on the special NDPS court judge. A release order is placed from the court for Bail. The release order will be placed in a bailing box outside Arthur Road jail. The bail box is opened twice a day at 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. If Aryan Khan's release order reaches in the evening, he will be released two hours after verifying the documents.
