Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is currently in the custody of NCB. You all must be aware that NCB had caught Aryan Khan after raiding a drug party on a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa. Aryan Khan was questioned for hours after he was caught, during which there were several shocking revelations. He was arrested by NCB officials following these revelations. Aryan and the other two arrested were produced before the court last Sunday evening. The court had ordered that all of them be kept in one day's custody. After that, last Monday, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha once again appeared before the Fort Court and the trio was decided to be kept in custody till October 7.

As per the information now revealed, a long argument broke out between the magistrate, NCB and Aryan's lawyer Satish Manshinde in Aryan Khan's court appearance. Meanwhile, the NCB accused Aryan Khan of "objectionable items and drug chats have been recovered from his phone. Star Kid's lawyer Satish Manshinde replied. The court magistrate had then questioned the NCB about Aryan's custody. On this, the NCB said, 'He needs custody of Aryan Khan because he wants to find out why he was called to the party and in which cabin he stayed.'

Replying to this, Satish Manshinde said, "Aryan Khan does not need to sell drugs in the ship. NCB has no business in why he went to the ship. Aryan can buy the entire ship if he wants.'' Let me tell you all that at the beginning of the muscle, Satish Manshinde had said, 'If Aryan Khan's case is non-bailable, NCB will have to issue concrete evidence and facts. The drugs found near others cannot be considered to have been found by Aryan Khan. He is making very serious allegations against Aryan Khan. The court can see the chats on its own.'
