Under the information received, Aryan Khan has been booked under Section 27 (punishment for consuming any drug), 8C (production, manufacture, possession, sale or purchase of drugs) and other sections of the NDPS act. Let me tell all of you that Satish Manshinde is lobbying on behalf of Aryan Khan and he said in court, 'No substance has been seized from my client. If my client is released on bail, he will be available to join the investigation by the NCB.'

On the other hand, advocate ASG Anil Singh, who is defending the NCB, said, "The accused Aryan Khan was invited on board, he was there among those who have been caught with drugs. He and others were having conversations about drugs.'' At the same time, ASG Anil Singh also said, "Therefore, all these things should be thoroughly investigated. Keeping all these factors in mind, three accused including Aryan Khan have been remanded in NCB custody till October 7.'' Now NCB is going to interrogate everyone continuously and there are expected to be several shocking revelations in the near future.

What's the matter- Based on a tip-off, an NCB team led by its regional director Sameer Wankhede raided the Cordelia cruise ship to Goa last Saturday evening (October 2). The NCB here recovered the drug from some passengers. Aryan Khan and seven others were then detained by the NCB late last Saturday night after raiding a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa and later arrested them.
