Bhopal: Diwali was celebrated across the country on October 24, meanwhile, reports of several accidents during the bursting of firecrackers have come to the fore. A similar incident has also come to the fore in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where a person was swamped by the bursting of firecrackers on Diwali. The veil of his ear was torn apart by the sound of a twine bomb detonating. It is being said that the sound of the bomb was such that a loud whistling sound started coming into the person's ear and he couldn't hear anything. Initially, the young man thought that this was normal, but when he woke up in the morning, he felt so much pain in the ear that he had to go to the doctor.

When the endoscopy of the ear was done by the doctor, it was found that the eardrum of the person had been torn and there was a big hole inside the ear. ENT expert Dr SP Dubey, who is treating the person, said that after Diwali, the number of such patients had increased. While bursting firecrackers, people should keep in mind that there should be no loud crackers.

While bursting the same firecrackers, a certain distance should be kept. According to Dr Dubey, the veil inside the ear is a very fine membrane which can burst even with a sharp slap. However, the good thing is that sometimes it gets better on its own in case of minor damage. But sometimes it requires treatment.
