Hyderabad: AIMIM Chief and MP from Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat Asaduddin Owaisi has strongly targeted the state governments for the migration of migrants. He has said that the governments of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Bihar are not taking any steps for these stranded migrants. It is messing with his life. It is cruel to be locked up without thinking about the majority class of India.

Owaisi further said that in Delhi, migrants are being transported in buses, while the stranded migrants in Telangana do not have any bank account, no ration card and no safety net? If UP can take back its migrants, should Telangana do the same? Owaisi further said that what kind of central lockdown is this, where migrants are allowed to travel, while others do not. If the government can send back the migrants to UP in Delhi, then the Telangana government should also help the trapped migrants.

For your information, let us tell you that after the lockdown, migration of laborers to their respective homes has come as a big challenge. The condition of Delhi NCR is worst, where laborers, rickshaw pullers and factory workers have left on foot in thousands to return to their respective villages.
