Jaipur: The Ashok Gehlot government's difficulty in the rape case of a minor girl in Rajasthan's Dausa district seems to be increasing. In this case, the son of Congress MLA Johrilal Meena and his friends have been allegedly accused. The minor has named Deepak Meena, son of Congress MLA Meena, in his complaint to the police.
The minor had lodged a complaint on March 20. It has been alleged that she was taken to a hotel last year. Where she was drugged and raped. The girl has alleged that the MLA's son and his friends also took objectionable pictures of her with the intention of blackmailing her. She was then threatened with a viral threat and took away Rs 15 lakh cash and jewellery from her.
The rapists had threatened to make the victim's objectionable pictures viral on social media. An FIR has now been registered in the case and an investigation is on. After the name of the Congress MLA's son came up in this case, it has become an embarrassing situation for the Gehlot government.
