New Delhi:-   British luxury car maker Aston Martin announced Monday that it has struck a deal with Lucid Group to build a "high-performance" electric vehicle (EV). Under the terms of the deal, US-based luxury EV manufacturer Lucid will supply Aston Martin with select powertrain components for certain initial and future battery electric vehicle (BEV) models.

Under the terms of the proposed deal, Aston Martin will issue approximately 28.4 million new ordinary shares and pay Lucid an additional cash total of approximately $232 million, while Lucid will hold a 3.7% stake in the automaker. becomes. Aston Martin CEO Lawrence Stroll offered an interesting outlook on the automaker's future when he released his financial statements for the 2022 fiscal year. He didn't elaborate on which models would make up the new lineup, but it likely means that there could be new versions and successors to the DB11, DBS, Vantage, and even the DBX SUV.
