Asaduddin Owaisi, head of the All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), has made a big decision. Imtiaz Jalil, who won the Lok Sabha elections on the AIMIM ticket from Aurangabad, has been given a major responsibility by the party. He has been appointed as the new state president of Maharashtra. Amid the nationwide Modi wave, Imtiaz was able to win in Aurangabad. In the meantime, the AIMIM had formed an alliance with Prakash Ambedkar's party.
