Well-known tennis player Leander Paes and his partner Yelena are rocking their matches at the moment, winning consecutive matches one after the other, with veteran Leander Paes and his partner Yelena Ostapenko out in mixed doubles here on Tuesday. The veteran's journey to the last Australian Open also ended.

According to reports, the pair of Pace and Latvia's Ostapenko were defeated by Jamie Murray of Britain and Bethanie Mattek Sands of America 6–2, 7–5 in straight sets. This match of the second round lasted for one hour and seven minutes. Paes had initially announced that 2020 would be his last year on the professional circuit.

According to information, Rohan Bopanna is now the only Indian left in the title race. The 39-year-old player and his Ukrainian partner Nadia Kitchenok will take on Nikola Mektich and Barbora Kryzkova in the mixed doubles quarter-final on Wednesday.
