Filmmaker Ayan Mukerji is already with his next movie titled "Brahmastra" starrer Amitabh, Alia and Ranvir Kapoor. Ayan Mukerji is excited for one of his most ambitious projects and hopes the film becomes “the biggest success of his career as well as of the film industry”. The movie which is recently titled as " Brahmastra" was earlier kept titled as " Dragon" the new movie name was kept by producer Karan Johar on Amitabh's 75 birthday on October 11.
On his ambitious project, Ayan Mukerji has said that “dream project, but he reveals the reason behind the film’s name. “I will not be able to give information right now but all I can say is, this film is a modern day film. It is set in India as it exists today but the name of the film is called ‘Brahmastra’ because the energy, wisdom and powers in the film come from ancient India. As far as costumes are concerned, there are some which may not be the way you would expect them to be". The movie Brahmastra is a fantasy adventure film, the first part of a trilogy and it will hit the screens on August 15, 2019. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions will collaborate with Fox Star Studios and Namit Malhotra, CEO of Prime Focus for Brahmastra.
