Ayodhya: The Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya has already started. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Ayodhya. There are now reports that former Union Minister Uma Bharti will also be involved. She herself has given information about this. In a tweet, she wrote "I am bound by the dignity of Maryada Purushottam Ram. I have been instructed by the senior officer of Ramjanmabhoomi Trust to be present at the Bhoomi Pujan program, so I will be present in the program." Earlier she had said, "Remove my name from the list of guests of Bhoomi Poojan".

She said that she will come to the Bhoomi Poojan program of Ayodhya, but will stay on the banks of the river Saryu instead of staying at the temple site. She wrote in a tweet "Ever since I heard Amit Shah Ji being Corona positive, I have been concerned for the people present at the Bhoomi Pujan of the temple in Ayodhya, especially Prime Minister Narendra Modi. That is why I have informed the officials of the Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas that I will be on the banks of the Saryu in Ayodhya at the time of the program. I will leave today from Bhopal. I can meet any infected person till I reach Ayodhya tomorrow evening, in such a situation where Narendra Modi, hundreds of people will be present, I will stay away from that place. I will see Ram-Lalla only after PM Narendra Modi will leave."

Apart from this, she also said: "I have informed the officials of Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas and PMO that they should remove my name from the list of the group present during the Ground Breaking program". Now Uma Bharti has changed her decision. She will now attain the Bhoomipujan program.
