New Delhi: There is good news for the devotees of Baba Amarnath. In the month of Shravan, devotees will be able to watch the live telecast of Baba Barfani Bholenath's Aarti from Shri Amarnath Dham. This will be the first time in the history of Amarnath Dham when devotees will be able to join the live aarti through broadcasting. This year Shravan month is starting from Monday 6 July.

In the holy cave of Amarnath in the month of Shravan, there will be an aarti in the morning and evening, which you will be able to watch live every day at 6 am and 7 pm. This is going to be possible with the shared support of Doordarshan by the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board. Due to the Corona crisis, the Amarnath Yatra of devotees was banned. There are also speculations that the Amarnath Yatra may begin from July 21. However, no official statement has been made by the board yet.

According to the information given by the sources, devotees going on Amarnath Yatra will have a test in Lakhanpur, Kathua. Elderly people can be prevented from going on the journey. The local administration has started preparing for the tests, living and eating, and drinking of the pilgrims coming to Lakhanpur.
