Every day Corona cases are increasing. As of last Saturday, a total of 6,48,315 infected cases have been reported in India. 18,655 people have lost their lives with the virus. In the last 24 hours, 22,771 new cases have been reported while 442 patients have died. But it is a matter of relief among all that the number of people recovering from this infection is also increasing. So far, a total of 3,94,226 patients have been fully recovered.
There are 2,35,433 active cases in the country. Corona Active Case is considered to be those patients who are being treated in the hospital. The difference between active cases and cured patients is considerable. The difference between the two is around 1,58,793 which is increasing rapidly. At present, the recovery rate in the country is 60.80%. The most cases of corona infection are in Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, there have been a total of 1,92,990 infected cases in Maharashtra out of which 8,376 patients have died. 1,04,687 have been cured.
Corona is also creating ruckus in the country's capital. There are 94,695 infected patients present here. Of which 2,923 patients have lost their lives with the virus. 65,624 patients have recovered and returned home. There are a total of 1,02,721 infected cases in Tamil Nadu, out of which 1,385 patients have died. 58,378 patients have been cured. There have been a total of 34,600 positive cases in Gujarat, out of which 1,904 patients have died. 24,933 patients have been cured. The number of testing and testing labs is also increasing in the country. So far there are 1087 labs in which Corona is testing, in which there are 780 government labs while 307 are private labs. A total of 95,40,132 sample tests have been done in these labs so far. 2,42,383 sample tests have been done in the last 24 hours.
