Leh: In Kargil of Ladakh, the ground was shaken around 3:30 am on Sunday morning. The reason was earthquake. Earthquake tremors felt in Kargil at 3.37 minutes in the morning, with a magnitude of 4.7 on the Richter scale. According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was 433 kilometers North-Northwest from Kargil. The good thing is that no casualty or damage to properties has been reported from this earthquake.
Earlier on Thursday, there were earthquake tremors in Kargil. Then the earthquake's intensity was recorded at 4.5 on the Richter scale. According to the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake struck in Kargil at 1.11 pm. Its center was said to be located 119 kilometers northwest of Kargil. Shortly after the tremors were felt in Ladakh, there were tremors in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. The intensity of this earthquake that occurred at 2:00 pm has been recorded at 3.6. At the same time, on July 1, there were sharp earthquakes in Jammu and Kashmir twice in a single day. Whose center was Kishtwar.
Let us tell you that on Tuesday late night, earthquake shocks occurred at 11.32 am. Earthquake tremors were also felt in Doda district. The earthquake has recorded a magnitude of 4.6 on the Richter scale. In such a situation, earthquake tremors have been felt every day in different parts of the country in the last three to four days.
