New Delhi: The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has taken a tough stand against Baba Ramdev after a video of him on allopathy medicines went viral on social media recently. Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan had also raised strong objections after which Ramdev apologised to the doctors for his statement. However, the dispute has not cooled down yet.

In fact, Baba Ramdev tweeted another tweet on Monday (May 24, 2021), after which the matter seems to be gaining momentum again. In a tweet, Ramdev has questioned 25 questions on the Indian Medical Association and pharmaceutical companies, an organisation of doctors. He has also questioned the permanent solution to many diseases such as hypertension, type 1 and type 2 diabetes. He further asked, "200 years have passed since allopathy started, just tell me why permanent solutions to diseases like TB and smallpox were found, but similarly, why could not find liver related remedies. Baba Ramdev has asked the pharmaceutical companies to tell them if there is an unmatched treatment for eye glasses and hearing aids.?
In his tweet, Baba Ramdev has questioned IMA and pharmaceutical companies about several serious diseases which are yet to be found for permanent treatment. He asked them to explain how to increase haemoglobin in allopathy without any side effects. Tell a man a medicine in allopathy that makes him a human being. If a man has all this drugs addiction having it in name of medicine in allopathy, then what??
