New Delhi: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev's troubles are increasing due to his statement on allopathy and doctors. Now the Supreme Court has asked questions to Ramdev in the case. Along with this, he has also been asked to explain. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had also advised not to confuse people by speaking against allopathy.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court also sent notices to Patanjali Ayurved and the Central Government on the Petition of the Indian Medical Association (IMA). The court has asked for an explanation for showing advertisements defaming allopathy. Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana has orally said, "Baba Ramdev can popularise his system, but why to criticise others. We respect him. He has popularised yoga. But, he should refrain from saying wrong about other arrangements.''

A bench headed by the Chief Justice asked, "What is the guarantee that what he (Baba Ramdev) adheres to, he will do everything right?" In a petition filed in the Supreme Court, the IMA had sought to control the ongoing campaign against Modern Medicine.
