Jangaon: Telangana Jan Asamithi (TJS) Chief Professor Kodandaram has demanded the central government to print the photo of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in the new currency note. He said that Ambedkar's book on the formation of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) had influenced the then British rulers of the rupee issue - its root and its solution.

At a rally organised by the Ambedkar Photo Sadhana Samiti on Saturday, the TJS chief said that Ambedkar's book reflects the problems faced by the Indian currency. In addition, arguments for stabilization of monetary matters and exchange rates during the British Raj were argued and the end was formed by the RBI.

Babasaheb, a versatile personality who defended political rights and social freedom for Dalits as an economist, politician and social reformer, deserves his film in the Indian mouth.
