Bajaj Auto has announced that it will set up free service camps in flood-affected states. These camps will be set up in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat and Kerala. A release issued by Bajaj Auto, a two-wheeler maker, said it has asked all dealers to set up camps between August 19 and September 07. So that customers with Bajaj bikes can take advantage of this camp.

For your information, customers of Bajaj Bikes living in these states can reach the nearest Bajaj dealer with their flooded bikes. Where the dealer will also remove water from the engine along with a complete checkup of the bike. This service will be absolutely free. The company says customers of the flood-affected motorcycles will not have to pay any charges for checkups, oil changes, engine oil, oil filters, air filters and gaskets.

According to media reports, Saroj Kanade, president of Bajaj Auto's motorcycle business, says that the floods have affected the lives of thousands of people and put their livelihood at risk. In such a situation, we stand with our customers and try to ensure that the dealer's hand over all the flood-affected Bajaj bikes to the customers of Bajaj motorcycles as soon as possible. Apart from S, Bajaj has sent additional mechanics from dealerships to these areas in neighbouring states.
