Dhaka: Bangladesh government has ordered the closure of mobile networks within a radius of 1 km along the border with India due to security reasons. Bangladesh Telecom Regulatory Commission (BTRC) in its order for telecom service providers on Sunday said that network coverage in the border areas should be kept off until further notice is given under the security of the country.
