The doctor checks Anuj in today's episode and tells Anupama that it's good that his eyes are open because it means that he can hear, see, and feel things. He also asks her to create a positive environment for him. In a state of elation, Anupama asks the physician if she may lay Anuj down. The physician concurs. Vanraj wants to meet Anuj, and Pakhi tells Adhik via video call that she is worried about how things might go. Adhik tells Barkha that it's a good idea because things might get resolved between both families because he fears that if Vanraj shows up, Barkha will humiliate him. She expresses to him her displeasure with his treatment of her family.
Anupama calls a person and requests that they send her Anuj's files. To surprise Anupama, Anu dresses as Krishna. Anupama hugs her upon seeing her with joy. Barkha belittles Anupama and queries whether the Shahs will show up. Anupama answers "no." Barkha hopes Vanraj shows up and causes a drama. Vanraj is shocked when the police arrive at the Shah residence. They explicitly state that Sundarlal Shah is their target. They should stay in the following lane, advises Bapuji.
Anuj is looked after by Anupama. Vanraj resists Kavya's attempts to cheer him up because he feels the need to meet Anuj. If Anuj is on his mind, Kavya wonders. Anupama tells Bapuji over the phone that they have never celebrated a festival separately before. Anupama gives Anuj a flute after dressing him up as Krishna. He lets it go. She tells him to hold the flute for her while she gets dressed and then she departs. He sobs.
