The new teachers posted in the primary schools of the Basic Education Council may find it difficult to engage with anyone for the school they want. Action will be taken against them if the matter comes to cognizance. Along with this, his action will also be done in the entry service book. This provision has been made in the guidelines issued by the council.

These days, the process of appointment of 31,277 assistant teachers in primary schools is going on. Allotment of schools to newly recruited 560 teachers in Bareilly will also be done on October 27 or 28. From October 30, these teachers have to take charge in the allotted school. Efforts have been started to ensure that schools get more places nearby. The new teachers are also in jugaad with the staff of the BSA office. The BSA has issued strict instructions as soon as the council's guidelines come. It is clearly stated that action will be taken against those who do so under the Services Rules and Employee Conduct Rules. To ensure complete transparency in school allocation, arrangements have been made.

Here is the condition of rural area schools in Bareilly:
Primary school in rural area: 1600
Primary school where not a single teacher: 31
Primary school where education friend only: 31
The school handed over to a teacher and education friend: 290 Primary School
