In this case, the Punjab Police arrested the accused Sukhpal Singh on charges of murder. It is being told that the arrested accused is the nephew of the woman and both of them had a love marriage in the court. According to a report, Sukhpal killed Kulwinder Kaur due to a mutual dispute. The accused is a criminal person with more than 13 cases registered against him at various police stations, police said.
