Khandwa: Akshay Gaur, a Hindu man who converted to Islam fearing hell in Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa district, has done Ghar Wapsi. It is being said that friends, Ashok Paliwal of the Hindutva organization and other activists explained him. They got him sanctified after worshiping in the temple. After that, they completed his Ghar Wapsi by giving him Gangajal. On Thursday (November 17, 2022), Akshay's father Govind Gaur complained to the police against Alim Aminuddin Qadri of Noorani Mosque. He has alleged that Alim instigated and brainwashed his son, engineer Akshay Gaur, against Hinduism. Lured him with a job, threatened him. Then he converted his religion by reciting kalma in the mosque. After that, Alim named Akshay Mohammad Fahim Khan.

According to reports, about 4 months ago Akshay Gaur had given the news of his conversion on Facebook. He had shared a picture on Facebook wearing a kurta and wearing a cap. It was written with it, ''I have chosen my new religion. My new name is Mohammad Faheem Khan." When Hindu friends saw his post, they were stunned. Now he has deleted this post.

Akshay Gaur said, "Even after studying civil engineering, I was unemployed. Five months ago, I was sitting in a park in the Nagchoon area. Was very upset. Then Alim came there. He told me you looked upset. Everything will be good. If you leave Hinduism and convert to Islam. Take the path of Allah. Come to the mosque. Read the prayer there. You'd love it. After listening to Alim, I reached the mosque the next day and he started speaking against Sanatan Dharma. He also said I have converted many Hindus to Muslims.'' Akshay further said "I went to the mosque continuously for two-three days. Alim scared me and said that no matter how much you worship Hindu or Sikh or Christian, hell is predestined. Muslim is such a religion that by worshiping Allah, you will get paradise. These things of Alim started affecting my mind. Alim changed my religion by making me read Kalma. He named me Faheem Khan. When I changed my name to Faheem Khan on Facebook, my friends and family were stunned.'' According to Khandwa SP Vivek Singh, the Moghat police station has booked Alim Aminuddin Qadri for hurting religious sentiments and under sections of the Freedom of Religion Act. At the same time, Alim Aminuddin Qadri says that all the allegations made against him are false. The young man himself came to the mosque to become a Muslim. We had advised him to act according to the law. We don't do this type of work.
