Indian Cricket Control Board (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly will not attend the upcoming meeting of the Asian Cricket Council. This meeting is to be held in Dubai on March 3. Ganguly has decided to withdraw from this meeting due to the threat of Coronavirus. A BCCI source informed PTI that Saurabh Ganguly was scheduled to leave for Dubai this evening to attend the meeting, but canceled his trip due to increased risk of corona in the UAE.

According to reports, after the BCCI officials withdrew from this meeting due to fear of Corona, the news also came that the meeting has been postponed till the end of this month. BCCI sources informed that board president Ganguly and secretary Jai Shah were to attend the ACC meeting. In the last few days more than 730 cases of coronavirus have been reported in UAE. Due to this, this seat will now be in the last month of this month.

Earlier on Friday, February 28, 2020, Sourav Ganguly had made it clear that he would go to Dubai to attend the ACC meeting.
