'BCCI is being run by BJP government, those who want to play cricket should come to Pakistan...', statement of former PCB chief

Islamabad: Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ehsan Mani has made a big statement on India-Pakistan cricket relations. Ehsan Mani has said that the BJP government of India is currently running the BCCI. At the same time, he said that if cricket is to be held in both the countries, then why should we run after them, they can also come to Pakistan.

Ehsan Mani further said that I have said many times before that if he wants to play, then he has to come forward. I have never refused an India-Pakistan match, but we also have some respect. Why did we run after India? If they are ready, we will be ready too. While talking to Cricket Pakistan, Ehsan Mani gave his opinion on the BCCI-PCB relationship. He said that BCCI chief may be Sourav Ganguly, but do you know who is the secretary of the board? Jai Shah, son of India's Home Minister Amit Shah. Another minister's brother is a treasurer in BCCI. The real control of BCCI is in the hands of the BJP government and it runs the board.
