Kolkata: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started sharpening its preparations for the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021. Seeing the preparations for the election, the meeting of the party officials started on Tuesday in the party's newly formed office Hastings. Buoyed by the results of the Bihar elections, this is the first meeting of the BJP about the Bengal elections. The strategy for the Assembly Election 2021 will be prepared in the meeting. Along with this, steps will be taken to strengthen the BJP's organization.

The meeting began with BJP leader and party general secretary (organization) BL Santosh, party general secretary and central in-charge Kailash Vijayvargiya, national vice-president Mukul Roy, joint general secretary (organization) Shivprakash, Bengal co-in-charge Arvind Menon and Amit Malviya by Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee was accompanied to pay tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.

Bengal BJP MPs, MLAs, District Presidents, Supervisors and other officials are participating in the meeting. Prior to the meeting, Bengal BJP unit president Dilip Ghosh targeted TMC election strategist Prashant Kishore, saying, 'Trinamool Congress has hired Prashant Kishore and wants to win the war with a mercenary soldier, while BJP workers' hard work shedding and ready to take the exam in the elections. BJP will win.
