In today's time, if there is any festival, people like to eat kadhi. In such a situation, if you also like curry, then today we are going to tell you how you can easily make kadhi in the house.

Material for making curry-
3 cups curd
1 cup besan
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup of water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp heeng
2 tsp cumin seeds
5-6 whole red peppers
For tempering: 1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp red chilli powder

To make pakodas: 1 cup besan1 tsp salt1/2 cup oil


Method of making curry- First of all, add besan, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala. After this, add curd to it and make a smooth batter, add water to it. Now heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds and whole red chillies. After this, add the prepared mixture mixed with besan and curd in the morning and boil it. Now cook on a low flame until it becomes a little thicker. On the other hand, prepare a batter by mixing all the ingredients to make pakodas. Now leave the batter aside for 15 minutes. Then heat half a cup of oil in a pan and strain the pakoda mixture well so that it becomes more time and light. Now medium the heat and fry the pakodas in it and when the dumplings become golden brown, take them out of the oil and keep them aside. After this, put the pakoras in the curry and mix. Take hot curry ready and take it out in a serving dish. Now heat the ghee, add red chilli powder to it and then put it in a pan and garnish quickly.
