Ingredients for making besan barfi-
1 cup besan
3/4 cup melted ghee
5 tbsp semolina (Rava)
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp almond clippings

Method of making besan barfi- First of all, to make besan barfi, heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add besan and semolina in it, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Now add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring continuously on a medium flame. After this, put the mixture in a rectangular tin with ghee and spread it evenly. Then sprinkle the almond clipping evenly on it and press lightly. Then cut into 10 equal pieces using a sharp knife. Set aside for about 2 hours. The besan barfi is ready.
