Today, 15 th May 2023, marks the 13th Death anniversary of legendary politician and the former Vice president of India, Bhairon Singh Shekhawat.

Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was an Indian politician and the 11th Vice President of India, serving from 2002 to 2007. He was also the Chief Minister of Rajasthan three times, from 1977 to 1980, 1990 to 1992, and 1993 to 1998.

Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was an Indian politician and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Shekhawat was a prominent figure in Indian politics and played a significant role in the growth of the BJP in Rajasthan. He passed away on May 15, 2010, at the age of 87.

Shekhawat was known for his strong leadership and played a crucial role in the development of Rajasthan during his tenure as Chief Minister. He was widely respected for his integrity and commitment to public service.

Bhairon Singh Shekhawat served as the Vice President of India from 2002 to 2007, and before that, he was the Chief Minister of Rajasthan for three terms. He was also awarded Padma Bhushan in the year 2003.

Shekhawat passed away on May 15, 2010, at the age of 87. His death was a great loss to the Indian political landscape, and he is remembered fondly by many as a true statesman and leader. Shekhawat  also did the job of police but he did not liked it and resigned and began to cultivate back. After independence, the establishment of democracy opened the doors of advancement for the common citizen. When the Assembly was established in Rajasthan in the year 1952, Shekhawat also tried his luck and became an MLA. Then he did not look back and climbed the ladder and reached the post of leader of the opposition, Chief Minister and Vice-President.
