Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court has granted interim bail in the police custody of former MLA Malkhan Singh, co-accused Parasram Bishnoi and Indra Bishnoi, accused in the Bhanwari Devi kidnapping and murder case. Hearing the petition filed challenging the order of the subordinate court, Justice Dinesh Mehta's court has extended the interim bail of Indra Bishnoi.

A four-day interim bail was granted by the subordinate court for the marriage of Indra Bishnoi's son-daughter from 8 April to 11 April 2021. Advocate Hemant Nahata in this case said that Indra Bishnoi's son Vaibhav is married on April 5 and daughter Siddhi on April 8, for which only four days of interim bail has been received, while the rituals of marriage with a mother's wishes adequate time interim bail is required. On this, the court has granted interim bail of 11 days to Indra Bishnoi in police custody from 10 am on 04 April 2021 to 5 pm on 14 April 2021.

At the same time, on behalf of accused Malkhan Singh and co-accused Parasaram, it was told that his nephew and niece are married. He is the maternal uncle of both and it is necessary for them to be present for rituals and rituals in marriage. In such a situation, the High Court has granted interim bail to Malkhan Singh and Parasaram in police custody from 10 am on April 4, 2021, to 9 am on April 9, 2021.
